Bonsoir, j' ai une mauvaise expérience ce mardi 22/07/25. Étant habitué de l hôtel depuis des années, j' ai fait venir ma famille pour manger au restaurant de l hôtel pour leur faire découvrir les lieux. Il est 13h20 environ, on passe en caisse pour manger a 4 personnes. Déjà l accueil est froid, on a du réclamer les vins qui nous a été servi chaud!!! Le repas on a eu les restes et au moment du dessert, le serveur a retiré tout au moment où l on allait se servir celui ci. On a demandé d avoir des desserts on nous a répondu qu il y en avait plus!!!. Sachant qu il y avait encore clients dans le restaurant et qu il était 14h30, fallait juste nous dire au moment de payer avant d entrer que le service était terminé. 40€ par personne cela est scandaleux. Nous sommes déçu cette année. Nous avions l intention de revenir en all' l année prochaine, ce qui n a pas pu se faire cette année par contre temps, mais je pense que cela ne se fera pas. About our stay in Caraiyou… The place is wonderful, green and ”beachy” but the service sucks… We went there for our first night of honeymoon… this was explicitly informed while the booking was done. The lady for the hotel informed that they would prepare a honeymoon service in the room. We also asked for a late checkout so we could rest the day and profit of the swimming pool and the beach (we wanted to pay for it of course) and it was said that we should request that the day we arrived which we had no problem with it… Our arrival date came and as it was our reception party we arrived about 15mins before the last time of checking in… We were received with a cold reception and the receptionist was kind of “lost” on her duties… and as we asked for the late check, she said that she couldn’t do it only her colleague in the morning… we were disappointed, but we trusted that in the next day we could get the desired the check out… Arriving to the room… we’ve noticed NO HONEYMOON SERVICE!! 😒😡😤 We started verifying the room and everything is old and outdated, the air conditioning has water drop… ahh and we’ve asked for a sea view and we got a glimpse of it in the corner of the balcony🙄 Next day, we woke up early, as the breakfast os only until 09:30 and no room service option to take it in bed… after breakfast, I’ve headed to the reception to ask for the late checkout, for my surprise the receptionist said : if you’d asked earlier… 😳 an I’ve said, that we did while doing the booking, receptionist said that they were full and that they could only give us 1:30 more… 😓 The disappointment was so that we left earlier… In my opinion, the hotel has a lot of good assets that are not being used… the employees need to have a training how to well receive guests, how to sell their services. Also I’ve felt a little deceived as I would prefer that it was said to me right away that there was no late checkouts and I would maybe decide to go somewhere else… Important to say that there is also the need of modernization of services, it’s like they’ve stayed in the 80s which is not very attractive…old decoration, old furniture, linens ants in the bedroom..😬🙄😕. Maybe if you are coming on vacations it will not be as bad… but in Martinique there are a lot of other very nice hotels, less expensive and with an impeccable service! Where you can happily have your deserved vacation! If you don’t want to be disappointed, don’t choose Carayou Hotel & Spa !

Nous avons eux une réservation avec un particulier très agréable le personnel de l’accueil très sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la restauration du soir au top, beaucoup de choix et très bon. Alors parlons du bar la toute première fois que j’y suis allé le barman a été très désagréable à peine si il voulait nous servir c’est moi-même qui lui ai demandé la carte, ça ne m’a pas plu du tout. (Un monsieur assez grand foncé de peau) La deuxième fois que je m’y suis rendu au bar, j’ai rencontré Monsieur Stanley wallah, un barman de qualité, un homme souriant, agréable avec la joie de vivre et très très beau. sincèrement je vous le conseille pour vous cocktail j’ai été satisfaite 😘. Reste toujours toi même.

Le 7 juillet à 16h45 j'ai appelé l'hôtel Carayou pour obtenir des informations sur une reservation. La receptionniste a été très désagréable au son de sa voix. On aura dit qu'elle etait agacé de devoir repondre a mes questions !!!!! A mon avis elle n'a rien à faire à l'accueil si elle ne supporte pas la clientèle. Après cette expérience téléphonique j'hésite à mettre les pieds dans cet hotel, qui m'a l'air pourtant agréable, si le personnel ne se donne pas les moyens de répondre de façon courtoise aux besoins des clients.

Franchement bien rien à le barman stanley super souriant cool les gens de l’accueil super et les gens du service aussi super le seul bémol il devrait faire plus de repas antillais pour que les gens apprécie plus le séjour sinon bien amusé durant ce séjours

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour entre amis ,l’hôtel est en cours de rénovation ,une partie face a la mer est déjà rénovée il est bien situé 15mn de fort de France par navette ,la marina a 5 minutes proches de jolies petites plages de rêve. La restauration était très bonne et variée.les martiniquais sont super gentils. Les points négatifs :les animations, et l’absence de mobilier de jardin pour se poser dehors sous les palmiers et cocotiers.

Nous avons fait un pass journée spa et sauna avant et après le pass Nous avons passé une excellente journée à l’hôtel Carayou ! Le cadre est très agréable, l’ambiance chaleureuse et détendue. Mention spéciale au service au bar avec Hugo et Stanley, toujours souriants et professionnels ! Côté restaurant, un grand merci à Tatie Camille pour sa gentillesse et son attention, ainsi qu’au patron qui nous a accordé un très beau geste commercial. Toute l’équipe a contribué à rendre notre journée inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous ne sommes pas des personnes difficiles au niveau des hôtels mais alors là pas terrible pour un lookea. Le point positif est la situation car tout à proximité (restaurants, bars, boutiques de souvenirs marina...). Prendre chambre rénovée et fortement recommandée. Elles sont spacieuses climatisées et avec un frigo. Fréquentant régulièrement des clubs lookea, Cela n'en est pas du tout un. Animation quasi inexistante, les animateurs ne mangent pas avec les clients, pas d'animations Ou sinon ça dure 30 mn. Les enfants risquent de s'ennuyer . Sinon ils sont très sympas. Le gros point noir reste la nourriture et notamment le buffet. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Quant au buffet du midi et du soir il y a uniquement 3 plats au choix. La viande et de la vraie semelle. Aucun fromage à tous les repas. Rien de typique. Nous ne sommes pourtant pas difficiles mais nous avons du aller manger 4 fois manger à l'extérieur. Aucun goûter et snack. Ce qui est difficile quand on a des enfants. Ce club est vraiment trop cher pour ce que c'est et merite uniquement un 2 étoiles
